Selected work

Positioning that had to hold up.

A sample of recent engagements across fashion, wellness, and consumer brands. Each began the same way: the product was good, and the market was not reading it correctly yet.

Beauty · Personal brand

A celebrity makeup artist

Two decades of editorial and celebrity work, a reputation held almost entirely inside the industry, and a personal brand that had never been defined on purpose. The work centered on positioning: what she is the obvious choice for, how that reads to the people booking her, and where the story was being told at a level below the work.

Outcome: a defined position, and language she can use consistently across the places she is seen.
Wellness · Practice and products

A psychotherapist and wellness entrepreneur

A private practice growing alongside a second business of books, courses, and digital products, each with its own audience and no shared architecture holding them together. The work addressed how the two brands relate, which audience each speaks to, and how the expertise underneath both is positioned as one authority rather than two efforts.

Outcome: a clear relationship between practice and products, and a single position the media can cite.
Fashion · Wellness apparel

A wellness apparel brand

An apparel label built on a mental health mission, competing in a category where mission alone is not a position. The work covered category positioning, the message architecture connecting the product to the cause without leaning on it, and how the brand introduces itself to a customer meeting it for the first time.

Outcome: a position that holds up next to larger labels, and a message that sells the product on its own terms.

Additional references and category-specific examples are available on request. Some engagements are covered by confidentiality and are described without naming the brand.

The through line

The same problem, in different rooms.

Across categories, the pattern repeats. The founder is capable, the product is good, and the position is either unclear or inherited from launch and never revisited. Growth stalls on that long before it stalls on budget. The work is to define the position, build the language and the plan that carry it, and sequence what happens next.
