I'm a brand strategist and creative director. Across seventeen years and more than five hundred brands — over a hundred of them in fashion and luxury — I've done one kind of work in a hundred forms: taking people and companies who are genuinely excellent and making the world see them that way. I'm a two-time bestselling author, and my background runs through PR, brand strategy, and creative direction. But the throughline has always been the same word: presence.

The Tenure is where I write about it. Most advice for accomplished women is about doing more, being louder, becoming someone else to be noticed. I think the opposite is usually true.
