  • Ninety minutes, one to one, recorded for you

Mid · A half-day intensive

The Intensive

A half-day working session on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market, followed by a thirty-day roadmap. This is for the brand that knows something needs to change and needs the change defined, sequenced, and written down.

What happens

  • A structured intake covering your market, margins, channels, and current performance
  • A three-hour working session with you and, if useful, one member of your team
  • Positioning and message architecture worked through live, not presented at you
  • A thirty-day roadmap: what happens, in what order, and who owns it
  • One follow-up call at the thirty-day mark to correct course

Ongoing · Fractional leadership

Fractional CMO

Senior marketing leadership on a monthly basis. I sit at the level a CMO sits: setting strategy, making the calls, and directing the people and partners who execute. You get the judgment of a seventeen-year operator without the cost of a permanent hire.
